Pick up Dockside and depart along the North East Coast

Enjoy a scenic drive through the seaside villages of the North Coast where our guide will talk about Samoan living and you will view the Samoan houses or 'fales'. Photo opportunities along this coast

Arrive to Piula Cave Pool and Theological College. Our guide will take you down to the Cave Pool which extends into the hillside where the Gothic Style Church is built. Our guide will talk about the lifestyle at the Theological College, and you will get a chance to wander the grounds



Depart Piula Cave Pool and head on a scenic drive through Villages, past waterfalls and plantations before heading up to the Le Mafa Pass lookout, which offers views of the Falefa Valley. A great photo opportunity

Arrive to Sopoaga Falls and Garden. Here you will walk through a Samoan Garden where all of the local plants and their uses will be pointed out to you. View the magnificent waterfall from the lookout point, and be shown how to make Coconut Cream and hear all about the uses of the Coconut Tree here in Samoa.










Depart Sopoaga and head for the South Coast. We drive through the tsunami affected villages on the South East Coast, heading for Taufua Beach Fales, where we will enjoy lunch on the deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our guide can talk to you about the time of the tsunami, how the people in Samoa were affected and the redevelopment that has happened since Sept 2009. You will also get the change to swim and snorkel in the beautiful waters of Aleipata at Taufua Beach Fales, one of the most famous beaches of Samoa. It is recommended that you bring your own snorkeling equipment if you would like to enjoy this, as hire gear is available, but of differing standards.




Arrive to the Toosua Trenches. Wander through the gardens and view the great trenches which are created by chasyms in the lava rock along the coastline.






Enjoy a scenic drive through the National Park of Togitogiga as we head back toward Apia via Cross Island Road.

Arrive back to the ship & stopping at the craft market where you will have a guided tour of the and get the chance to purchase gift items from the handicraft stalls.
